My name is Jasmin Alić, but most people know me by the name BIGGA. I am a hip-hop artist and an English teacher at the same time. I have been balancing the two ever since I graduated from International Burch University. I can pretty much say that my career basically started after I had begun my education at Burch. I remember this one teacher in my freshman year, Charlotte Hallengren, who taught me that a thesis statement in writing is like a stamp on a legal document – everything is there, it just needs verification. That's the motto I've let myself follow throughout the years in which I have been building my career up from the ground. Today, I am an artist who has released five albums, several music videos, performed all over the region, in and out of the country, got appraisal from the world's most respected names in the music industry and has had countless appearances in every possible media outlet.

Throughout my career, I have always put in 120% of every particle of strength that I possessed into making my goals come to fruition. Countless nights with no sleep, stress on a daily basis, attainments escaping by a hair's breadth – these are just some of the things that every success story hides behind the scenes. My advice to everyone is: ''Write your career goal down on a paper, post it somewhere visible and just look at it every day. Look at it. Because, nothing will happen as long as that same paper is never moving from that same spot it's stuck on.'' The eye is only one medium of perceiving the world around us. Once we start to use other tools of perception, we will grasp whatever it is in the world that surrounds us. We all start with just a dollar and a dream, but it is the dream that keeps us asleep. We need to wake up and invest that bottom dollar, because there is no getting up from the bottom unless you reach for the top.
